Silhouettes of black sea stacks thrust up through sparkling waves along the rough and rocky Mendocino shoreline of Northern California. Rows of ridges carpeted with fir and redwood recede in the morning mist beneath a pale turquoise sky. This fine art scenic landscape was captured north of the tiny fishing village of Westport.
